Payment processing is handled by Paddle — we never store your payment card details. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. We may collect anonymized usage data to improve the service. We may update this policy at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

Credits

Full personalized readings need credits or two friend referrals. Credits are for use inside tarotora only — they're not real money and can't be cashed out.

Payments

Payments are handled securely through Paddle. You'll always see the price before you buy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, reach out and we'll make it right.

Safety

Your wellbeing matters. Readings are written to be supportive and reflective — never pushy, never scary. If you're going through something serious or might hurt yourself or someone else, contact emergency services, 988 in the U.S., or a trusted adult now.

Refund Policy

tarotora is operated by TF Labs. Last updated: May 2025. Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Because credits are applied to your account right away, we generally cannot offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits — such as a failed reading or a duplicate charge — contact us at support@tarotora.xyz and we will resolve it promptly. All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
